Today I went to a flea market with my brother, to sell some of our old stuff and that of my mom. She's a collector, and we had a lot of fun different stuff to sell.
When we drove there this morning everything seemed to go wrong. The weather was supposed to be nice for today--but it was raining (softly, but still) and when we arrived at the flea market it was very, very small.
Because we didn't have much else to do and had a car full of junk, we didn't give up and go back home (though we wanted to). Lucky we didn't!
Cause it turned out to be great fun, the weather improved (so I got sunburns.....) and I earned some extra money to take to England.
The reason I'm telling you this is because when the sky cleared up, and I looked to see if there was any more rain coming; I noticed these beautiful white puffy clouds.
Have you ever just lain back on the ground to watch clouds drift by? I don't think people do it enough. I don't do it enough either.
But I do know that all my life I've loved looking at clouds from my window, or from the car and see all sorts of things in them. I can see dragons, or a beautiful lady, or a cat and many odd things, that I love to write about one day.
If you're looking for inspiration for writing or drawing or painting, or if you're just looking for fun ways to train your imagination. Or to spend a boring day: Go watch clouds!!
Take a small notebook and a sketch book with you and write down and draw what you see. Trust me it's fun and perhaps you'll get an idea out of it!
Here are some pictures of clouds. If you can see something in them leave tell me in the comments! :)
In the next one I can see an old man sleeping. Can you see him too or do you see something else?
If anyone else can see what I see in this one that would be awesome!

I do see the old man sleeping, in my view he looks really sweet.
ReplyDeleteIn the last one I see a crazy old lady. See, the two big puffs of cloud in the middle on a slant are here huge glasses and the bottoms her mouth and the faint cloud at the top is her tufty hair.
That may sound a bit mad but its what i see. Thank u, this was really inspiring!
